Where We Ship

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. If you're located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us for availability.

Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and production before shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable

  • Total Delivery Time: Typically 5–9 business days from order date

Please note: shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the shipping carrier’s website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because every product is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Design preference

Please double-check your size, design, and order details before submitting your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Email valdiviadesigns1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging

  3. Our team will respond with next steps or send a replacement if applicable
